I have been here for 9 days. This is the 4th time that I'm here. My weight is down by 3 kgs and I feel more agile and light. Above all I enjoy the atmosphere which helps me to celebrate holy man, pray and come to know other patients. I thank the sisters and staff for their dedicated service. After checking with many places, I booked a ten-day treatment at St. Tresa's Nature Cure and Yoga Ashram last year. The serene and calming atmosphere, along with the personal touch by the Sisters , made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The flexible treatment format, cleanliness, and food served are of par excellence. One more thing worth mentioning is that the Sisters there are not money-minded. The rates are very reasonable without compromising on the quality of services they are providing. The ten-day stay at St. Tresa's Nature Cure and Yoga Ashram helped me improve my overall well-being, and I felt refreshed. I would highly recommend this place to those seeking a natural and holistic approach to health.
I feel very healthy and happy my after 2 weeks treatment here. All the Doctors and staffs to the patient are extremely friendly . I've met some very interesting and made more than few friendship here. I thank Fr. Thomas and Sr. philo, Sr. Deepa, Sr. Chalsi for running amazing treatment centre.

The prayer atmosphere and Serenity of the campus is something that I appreciate the friendly environment and the smiling faces that I see makes me so feel at home.
